| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard and personal cheques. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 7 (seven) business days. International orders are generally received in under 21 (twenty one) business days. |

| Guarantee 14 Day Returns Guarantee If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of the date you received it and we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. We cannot accept the return of jewellery that has been worn, personalised or been altered in any way unless it is faulty. Please keep the invoice that accompanies your order and ensure a copy is sent with the returned item. We cannot accept items damaged as a result of unreasonable wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse. In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your purchase you must contact us by telephone or email before returning any order, and return it by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. If any item returned is found not to be faulty or where the fault is due to unreasonable wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage then there may be a £10.00 administration charge. If you have not received your refund within 7 working days, please contact us for assistance. This refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. |
